We at GIFT believes in promoting both the extra-curricular and co-curricular activities of the students along with their academics. We strongly believe that Cultural Programs & Activities can always prepare the students for real life and will also help in strengthening their personality. The Socio/Cultural activities helps the student to identify their strengths. When work together for a particular act they learn the most important lesson, that is leadership and team spirit.
Musical Nights are an integral part of our GIFT Culture
Keeping this in mind we at GIFT came up with this idea of dedicating not one but six more nights to celebrate. Apart from the Annual Function, LELLIHAN we organize six Musial Night, JUBILANCE in a year. The JUBILANCE is very much like LELLIHAN but the only difference is that, it is an Inter-House competition between all the houses. Each night is dedicated to one House. If the number of students in a particular house is less than half of the biggest House, the same shall be amalgamated to the house just above it in due consultation with all concerned authorities.
Even the staffs of the college are divided into different houses and each house has a lead mentor. It’s the job of the lead mentor to supervise the whole night along with the students and staff. There is proportionate representation for performance from all courses (Diploma, B.Tech, M.Tech, MBA, MCA).
To judge the performance of the students we have a team of jury members who are nominated by our Principal and the Lead Mentors. At the end of each Academic Year the best performing house is awarded on the Annual Function.
