Short Term Goals
- Gather as much project concepts/proposals as possible from each department (from faculty, students and staff) of GIFT every month.
- Get the viability studies of each of these project proposals by competent business analysts.
- Prepare and update a basket of viable project proposals to be implemented by the CSE Technology Mission.
- Conduct training programs (free/paid) for students/faculty/staff/others sponsored by students/faculty/staff on frontier technologies which will be used for implementation/ execution/development of projects.
- Deploy these trainees on projects so that they get sufficient hands on experience.
- All these projects will be automated and available on computers/laptops/mobile devices through cloud.
Long Term Goals
- Once GIFT is equipped with all IT/Software products, these will be commercialized.
- These products can be customized as per the requirements of the clients.
- Within 2 years of span the CSE Technology Mission will be converted to a fully functioning IT company from a start-up.
- CSE Technology Mission will focus on developing high end and sustainable IT products in the field of web technology/services, Mobile application development, cloud resources, AI based products, smart applications and many more.
