7. Time office management of employees
8. Leave Management
9. Preparation of Leave Statement
10. Whats App group updation
11. Faculty Internship
12. Mentorship Allotment
13. Performance Monitoring of Mentors
14.Computer Skill Test of Employees (Once in six months)
15. Monitoring the Non adherence to dress code of employees
16.Student Feedback

18.Allotment of specific charges (SPOC) of teaching and support staff
Qualification : Must have a Master Degree in Computer Science

Preference will be given to those having Doctorate Degree

Must have sound operating knowledge of Computer

Must have minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in teaching field

❖ ICWA-Inter / MBA (Finance) /ICS-Inter/SAS/Retired Auditor of Cooperative Societies/ Retired
Auditor of Controller of Accounts/ Retired Auditor of CAG/ Retired Auditor of CDA/ Retired
Auditor of any CPSU or SPSU/ M.Com/ B.Com
❖ Excellent working knowledge of Audit, Computerized Accounts, ERP, MS Excel, Tally, etc
Desirable
❖ Dynamic, energetic, self-motivated, procedure driven, duty-bound.
❖ Pleasing personality and interpersonal skills
❖ Time Management
Experience:
❖ Essential: Minimum 10 years of experience with good knowledge of fundamentals of audit of double
entry accounting system, accounting standards, accounting practices, statutory provisions relating to
educational institutions and non-profit bodies.
❖ Desirable : Experience in Concurrent Audit
Salary : Consolidated pay Rs.40,000/-only (Maximum at start).
Age : Preferably more than 45 years.
Concise Duties and Responsibilities:
1) Audits all vouchers before it is posted to accepting/recommending/approving authority.
2) Ensure that the outstanding against the staffs get adjusted regularly.
3) Shall ensure that all procurements are done as per standard procedure.
4) Audits the accounts, stores, library, inventory as per approved periodicity/process.
5) To work with close coordination with key stake holders.
6) Generate concurrent audit report, audit compliance reports as per approved periodicity/process/format.
7) Monitor and analyse reports - Loans, Advances, Deposits, KYCs.
8) Related assignments as are entrusted from time to time by the Director, Officer on Special Duty and other
authorities as may be assigned by the Director.
9) Checking of timely deductions and deposit of statutory dues, taxes and duties from parties.
10) Checking and ensuring timely and accurate filing of statuary returns to authorities.
11) Checking and ensuring adherence of accounting standards while preparing the books of accounts,
12) A continuous vigilant view towards compliance of all applicable laws, rules and regulations relevant to finance,
accounts and HR.
