The college has a very active and vibrant placement cell which attracts renowned corporate houses and business magnets, the cell regularly organizes PD, GD, Job orientation programs, industrial tour and training to attain the placement objective. An impressive bunch of the best companies in India visit the campus year after year searching for the best talent. Over the years, the market for the Institute's graduates has remained bullish, as freshly placed recruits continue to deliver on their promises.
In perspective on this, the placement cell ensures that students get the opportunity to communicate with industry experts on regular basis through seminars and workshops, industrial visits and study tours, and summer internships. Students are trained on the process of selection. i.e personal interviews, group discussions and written tests which include reasoning and aptitude.
GIFT's placement process comprises of:
- Summer Internship Program (30 - 45 days after second semester)
- Final Placements (Starts in third semester)
GIFT’s Final Placement Process starts at the onset of third semester and continues till the last student is placed. It involves On-campus Selection process consisting of Aptitude Tests, Case Study Discussions & Group Discussions on diverse topics and Personal Interviews.
Placement Process is conducted by top companies from diverse sectors like Financial Services, Banking, Insurance, Consumer Durables, FMCG, Retail, Ecommerce, Manufacturing.
